Call Center Callbot IVR Now Available

The Call Center callbot IVR allows you to quickly build your own IVR phone tree. Furthermore, using the Call Center callbot IVR functionality is very easy and requires absolutely no programming knowledge on your part.

How It Works

First of all, you enter your initial greeting message. The greeting message can be text to be spoken or a URL to an audio file to be played for all incoming callers. In your greeting message you will list the numbers of each of your menu options for your customers to choose from. Then Callbot IVR will listen for the callers selection and perform the action you specified for their selection on your shop’s behalf.

Action Types

There are 6 types of actions callbot can take on behalf of your shop in a caller step.

  • Say callbot message – Callbot will speak the text of your reply message to the caller and then hangup.
  • Say callbot message and wait for input – Callbot will speak the text of your reply message and then wait for caller input. It will repeat the reply message 3 times. Your reply message should instruct your callers which digit to push for their next action.
  • Play recorded message – Callbot will play the audio file at the URL you provided in your reply message to the caller and then hangup.
  • Play recorded message and wait for input – Callbot will play the audio file at the URL you provided in your reply message to the caller and wait for caller input. It will repeat the audio file 3 times. Your audio file should instruct your callers which digit to push for their next action.
  • Dial number – Callbot will dial the phone number you provide in your reply message.
  • Redirect to caller step – Callbot will redirect the user to the caller step provided in your reply message.

Most noteworthy you can combine the above actions with an unlimited amount of menu options for your IVR phone tree. Therefore, the possibilities are almost endless. As a result of this unmatched flexibility you can make your IVR phone tree as wide or as deep as it needs to be.
